Frederick E. A. Griffiths, MD, FAAFP

Dr. Griffiths has been practicing since 1955. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Toronto and was awarded board certification in Family Medicine in 1974, when he moved to Houston. He was elected to the prestigious AOA honor medical in 1954 and was honored by the American Academy of Family Practice with it's distinguished Fellowship in 1992. He is a member of the TMA, and Harris county and Travis county Medical societies. He has been serving Austin's home bound patients since 2000.

Dr. Carl Pevoto, MD

Board Certified Emergency Medicine

Dr. Carl Pevoto received his bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Medicine from UT, Austin. In 1963 he graduated from UTMB in Galveston and became board certified in Emergency Medicine. From '75-'79 he served in the Airforce and continued his emergency medical work on weekends. He has been in ER medicine for 30 years and spent 18 years at the ER at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, TX. He now offers his service and emergency medicine knowledge at the Surgical Hospital of Westlake. He is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, a member of both the AMA and TMA and a member of the Travis County Medical Society.

Dr. Francisco Hernandez, Jr., MD

Dr. Francisco Hernandez attended the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. His fifth clinical year was spent at New York Medical College and he completed his residency in 2005 at the Waukesha Family Practice Residency Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Hernandez specializes in Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Texas Medical Association.

Dr. Rosalind Martz, MD

Board Certified Internal Medicine

Dr. Rosalind Martz graduated from Rice University in 1991 and received her MD at Baylor College of Medicine in 1995, completing her residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in 1998. She is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Martz is a member of the Travis County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, and American College of Physicians.

Stephanie Agrella, MSN, FNP

Stephanie Agrella, NP, graduated in 2001 from Kent State University College of Nursing. She has a Masters of Science in Nursing and she is a nurse practitioner. Stephanie has been in practice for five years and her area of specialty is in adult primary care. Most of her experience has been in geriatrics and occupational medicine. She is a member of the Austin NP Association.

Jill Carr, NP

Jill Carr attended UT Austin and graduated four times between 1971 and 1997, which included a BS and MA in French, and a BS and MS in Nursing. In 1998 she began practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse licensed as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Health. Prior to her work with House Call Doctors she had primarily been involved in cardiology, nephrology, and urology, working with dialysis and kidney failure patients for many years.

Julia E. Shulman, PA

Physician Assistant Julia Shulman graduated from Texas Tech University in 2006 and received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the School of Allied Health Sciences. In October 2006, she received her certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified. She is also a member of both the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
