Darcey Gus Kobs, III, M.D. is a graduate of Rice University in Houston, Texas and of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Robert Bayer, M.D., is a native Houstonian who attended the University of Houston and received his M.D. degree in 1973 from the University of Guadalajara, Mexico. He did postgraduate training in Internal Medicine at Rutgers University Hospital in Summit, New Jersey and St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He returned to Houston and entered private practice for 20 years before providing primary care to outpatients and developing the R.M. Bayer Clinic for Preventative Medicine. He is the Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine. His practice maintains a strong emphasis on prevention. His clinic has performed evaluations for numerous companies and corporations as well as individuals.

A.R.S. Prasad, M.D., is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Board of Urgent Care Medicine, and the Texas Medical Association. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas where he was a research consultant/associate for the Department of Pathology and received a National Research Service Award. He also served as a research scientist for the Division of Hematology at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation. His areas of interest include primary care with emphasis on diabetes and hypertension control, common skin disorders, acute musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic pain management.
